4. Shipment: All the products from our store are delivered via standard surface delivery available in Japan (known as 'Takkyubin').
5. 'Free Shipping': Any order exceeding the amount of 10,000Yen for 'DRY PACKS' will incur no shipping cost. (This system applies to the areas excluding theseSpecial Areas:Hokkaidō,Aomori,Iwate,Miyagi,Akita,Yamagata,Fukushima,Tokushima,Kagawa,Ehime,Kōchi,Fukuoka,Saga,Nagasaki,Kumamoto,Ōita,Miyazaki,Kagoshima and Okinawa. For these areas, your order needs to exceed the amount of 12,000yen for Dry Packs
6. Shipping Charge: If your order (either from Dry or Cool packs) is below the free shipping amount of cost, will require the delivery charges as mentioned in above table.
7. Delivery Product Weight: Although we have set the shipping fee for Dry and Frozen Products, we have more specific condition for orders below "Free Delivery" amount:
DRY : Since 1 Dry Delivery box can only hold up to 25kg, if your DRY only Product Order is below its Free Delivery Amount and exceeds 25kg (it will be calculated automatically), we are going to charge 1000yen or 1200yen per box depending on your address.
FROZEN: 1 FREEZER DELIVERY BOX can only hold up to 14kg. Therefore if your Frozen Product order exceeds the weight of 14kg, we will charge 1200yen per box.
8. Single Cool item when added to a cart will be considered as a Cool pack order in spite of other dry items and Cool pack delivery policy will be applicable.
9. Payment Method: Payment method are 'Cash-on-Delivery', Credit Card, Amazon Pay.
